About Me

Peggy Mendezcuria
Leadership Consultant
Life experiences can truly contribute to the growth and success of who we are as people. I know for certain it has contributed to my success as a leader, author, professor, and instructor.
My resilience has allowed me to resist various adversities and motivated me to be the best version of myself.
The world continues to evolve, however, the most important asset to most organizations, is people, as to why leadership is so important to me. I am heavily invested in the development of skills and knowledge of others, as a leader and instructor.
It is my passion to be able to support, educate, train, and lead others in realizing their highest potential.
I have a combined 20 years of experience in the insurance industry in various roles including leadership. I consider myself to be a lifelong learner and a resilient transformational leader.
I currently manage a team of insurance professionals. I am a professor teaching insurance courses at the college level and the Insurance Institute of Canada. I publish articles for the Canadian Manager, the Magazine for Managers.
Outside of work, I write children's books, read, listen to music, and enjoy cooking and lake fishing.
I am hoping that this blog will inspire others to continue to be the best versions of themselves. I will also offer, coaching, training and development services. More information will be posted.
